Mr. Cheng Guangren, President

Senior Engineer and MBA, graduated from Harbin Engineering University , worked in the Ministry of Aerospace (MOA) and China Great Wall Industry Corporation (CGWIC), has rich experience in the enterprise management, project operation, legal affairs and aerospace business. He was one of the members appointed to establish the company in 1993, and acted as Director and Vice president. He was appointed President in Sept., 1999.

Mrs. Xiong Li, Executive Vice President

MBA of China-Europe International Business School, graduated from China University of Aeronautics and Aerospace, worked in China Great Wall Industry Corporation (CGWIC), has rich experience in the international cooperation, trading and project management. Joined SINOSAT in December 1999 as Assistant to President and Vice President, appointed Executive Vice President in November 2004.

Mr. Huang Baozhong, Vice President

M.S., Senior Engineer and registered lawyer. Graduated from Harbin Engineering University , worked in the Ministry of Aerospace (MOA), Eurospace and China Great Wall Industry Corporation (CGWIC) and Hong Kong Satellite Holding, experienced in the international cooperation, project management, legal affairs, risk management, sales and marketing, and international financing. Appointed Vice President of SINOSAT in November, 2004.

Mr. Min Changning, VP and CTO

Senior Engineer, graduated from Wuhan University , worked in China Academy of Space Technology (CAST). He is an expert on the systems engineering of communications satellite and the communications transponder subsystem. Joined SINOSAT in 1996 as General Manager of the Technical Dept. and Chief Engineer. He was appointed VP and CTO in November, 2004.

Mr. Niu Zhanjie, CFO

Accountant, graduated from Northeast University of Finance, worked in the Ministry of Aerospace (MOA), Beijing Saiwei Information Systems Co. Ltd., and China Overseas Economic Cooperation Co., etc, appointed CFO of SINOSAT in 2002.

Mr. Chai Yong, Vice President

MBA of China-Europe International Business School, graduated from Beijing University of Post and Telecommunications. Worked in the China Aerospace Corporation, and Apstar in HK. Joined SINOSAT in 2003 as Assistant to President, and appointed Vice President in November 2004.
