SINOSAT Ground Control Center is located in the north suburbs of Beijing , within the planned Beijing teleport area. This location is suitable for establishing satellite control center because of its wide field of vision, convenient communications and complete infrastructure.

SINOSAT Ground Control Center is a sophisticated, advanced and reliable control center. It has the capability to provide round-the-clock monitor and control to the satellite, and to provide technical support to the customers. The functions of the center can be easily expanded or updated when required.

SINOSAT Ground Control Center is capable of controlling satellites in the geostationary and drift orbits between 60 ° E and 165 ° E.
