1. Prior to Access into Sinosat System
Introduction to the customers of SINOSAT capacity and its technical parameters, explanation of SINOSAT lease procedures;
Link-budget calculation and system design for the customers;
Type or batch approval tests for the equipments and antennas;
Technical consultation, project design and system integration assistance to the customers when required.
2. Accessing the Sinosat System
Introduction to the customers the rules and procedures related to accessing the customer ' s earth station to SINOSAT System;
Assisting the customers to fill in the Transmission Plan Forms;
Antenna verification tests of the customers ' earth stations;
In-station tests of the customer ' s equipment;
Frequency bandwidth allocation for the customers ' network;
Polarization isolation tests and line-up tests.
3. During the Satellite System Operation
Monitoring of the transponder operation status;
Monitoring and management of the customers ' carriers;
Assistance to the customers with service expansion and frequency reallocation;
Timely response and trouble shooting assistance for abnormity of the services, such as interference, satellite power over-utilization and poor polarization isolation etc.
Assistance to the customers with various technical issues occurred during the operation.
Sun outage forecast;
Notification of any events possibly affecting the customer ' s service.
Annual report of satellite health status;
